Candidates must demonstrate a strong pattern of success in sales, revenue growth and leadership in a territory.
Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan along with the ability and sense of urgency to accomplish daily tasks are imperative. The ideal candidate will achieve and exceed monthly sales goals by adding new accounts and increasing revenue. Strong relationship building skills and the demonstrated ability to close business is a must.
Qualified candidates will possess the following: Minimum of two years of consultative outside sales experience with a strong track record of success in business-to-business (B2B) sales, extensive prior experience with face-to-face cold calling, strong account development and customer service skills.
The ability to grow and retain an existing account base .
The ability to develop and foster professional relationships with customers .
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Sales experience within the automotive industry is a plus. Clean DMV record and a valid state drivers license.
