Nobody really seems to know, honestly. I earned hours after 1 year, but I don't know how I earned it or how I'm supposed to use it when I already get 3 - 4 days off a week. Nobody seems to know what happens if I don't use it, either.

They start you out barely above minimum wage. You receive a 20 cent a year raise. Give them 10 years and you'll make $2 more.

Most likely. You are able to work in multiple departments if that's what you want. For example, I did Salad Bar, but also did work in the Produce department as well. Many of my coworkers also split between Floral and Cashier, or Courtesy Counter and Cashier.
