Management leadership had many issues in how to properly deal with their employees. When they let you do your job, it was greatt. When they decided to step into micro-managing their sales team, things went south. For example, I lost thousands of dollars in revenue when management would not approve a credit for a client when our sales assistant ran the incorrect ad. It was an obvious error and simple to resolve, but my manager dragged it out for three months and the client refused to do any additional business until the credit was issued.
