A typical day consisted of several daily meetings to go over open requisitions with assigned VMS accounts. Addressed allocation of new requisitions as well as coverage of any notes that would help the recruiting team and addressed any areas of concern regarding compliance. Prepared for any upcoming projects and addressed them during meetings as well in order to begin pipe-lining candidates. The hardest part of the job was preparing for the unknown, we always had to be prepared for everything. Things changed from one second to the next. The most enjoyable part of the day was also that things changed daily, there was never a dull moment and the leadership team was open and willing to change when a change was necessary.
