Assistant Chief Engineer, Data Center Engineer (Former Employee) – Richardson & Carrolton, Tx; Ashburn, Va – November 1, 2014
The opportunity is excellent, payment is exceptional. The one thing I did not appreciate was that the responsibility was tremendous with little means to accomplish and very little support. By this I mean that they request / expect the world and do not want to give you the tools nor the support. You may be expected to get a customer to follow certain guidelines but when you try to enforce these guidelines the management wont likely support your efforts, at least not vocally.
lac k of managerial support, tools, training or an effective safety program
Vice President / General Manager (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – February 23, 2016
Provided a work environment that challenged, energized and allowed me to use my skills to better the firm and success for their assets, while also learning and expanding my work experience at the same time.
Property Assistant (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – February 5, 2014
Pay is good.... with that said, 70+ hour weeks are common, very top heavy and little help to the bottom employees, and certainly a very unprofessional environment. Talks about the executives doing drugs and making undesired advancements to fellow colleges are common.
