Director, Accounting (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – August 2, 2017
Good place to work with great location and people and an open door management policy. The culture requires something to be desired as a lot of long time employees' salaries remain compressed and unaddressed. Management is a little bit heavy from the top with inadequate "ground" staff. Too many changes, too quickly and too many people leaving or transitioning out did not allow for adequate 'breathing' room and for the staff to adapt. Otherwise stable and consistent company.
