Marketing Assistant (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 16, 2017
Fun culture, lots of work perks, great work/life balance, benefits were good but this was before ACA was in effect so I am not sure anymore. Management was very friendly and encouraging.

Great pay, lots of days off, but the people are not very friendly.
SEO Manager (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILOctober 14, 2016
An interesting place. Great pay, lots of days off, but the people are not very friendly. They try to give a cool vibe with beer taps and such, but no one really socializes or acknowledges each other.

Furthermore, they charge a lot, but are really not knowledgeable about baseline elements like SEO and analytics. Too focused on stuff that looks cool, rather than stuff that works.

Great Environment, Advancement Hit or Miss
Analyst (Current Employee) –  ChicagoAugust 1, 2016
Strong emphasis on training and development; encouraged to step out of one's own department and have a strong skillset across different aspects of advertising. Workload can be incredibly high, both due to and causing high turnover on certain teams.
Pros
Generous PTO, good benefits, creative & hardworking colleagues
Cons
Work life balance sometimes nonexistent

Great place to work but pace is tough!
Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Boston, MAJuly 27, 2016
Co-workers and office environment are great, but work is done very quickly and it can get stressful. Review cycles happen once a year and it is a very thorough process which allows people to advance and get promoted. There is also a good amount of office events which makes for a fun and upbeat office culture.
Pros
Fun office culture, great clients
Cons
work/life balance is not great

Great entry level agency
senior art director (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMay 11, 2016
Anything more than entry level, and you are wasting your time here. Very rarely does great work happen here, and if it does, the client will quickly kill it, because the PMs and AMs are to afraid to stand up the the clients and assist the creative teams sell their ideas.
Pros
free food every now and then, benefits are good
Cons
everything else
