Positive corporate culture, very aggressive in seeking out new business and awards
Media Planner (Current Employee) – Boston, MA – June 13, 2015
Digitas has some of the smartest minds in an industry already filled with innovative thinkers. They've made their mark by establishing themselves as the originators of the Newfronts as well as by very aggressively seeking out and winning new business. The corporate culture is strong, with plenty of clubs (running, gaming, art, etc) within the company as well as weekly events that promote a strong work-life balance.
However, with that comes the flip side: hours are long and depending on your specific team you might not ever go to any of these great corporate events due to the sheer quantity of work to be done. This is probably not the best place to start off your career if you have limited experience as the bar is set very high from day 1.
You can find success and enjoyment in your job here, but it's certainly not for everyone.
Digitas is on the forefront of the digital advertising industry.

Great environment, good clients, really innovative company and people. Overall, fun, friendly place to work. Had the opportunity to work across multiple clients and get exposure to different campaigns.
Office Assistant (Current Employee) – Chicago, IL – October 7, 2014
Digitas has an amazing environment which is creative and fun. The teams here work hard but also know how to have a good time. We always have new clients coming in, various food and drink vendors, in house events for charity and fundraisers, we have karaoke days, we play fun music through out the company. We have speakers and presenters who come in for learning panels. At least once a week, one of our Tech peeps invents a new idea in our innovation lab. Overall, everyday here in the office is different with new surprises which keeps everyone on there toes!

DigitasLBi has a nice office with nice perks and nice people. But the industry is too scattered to really feel like your a part of anything. Another agency will manage branding or strategy or creative or insight generation. It's unclear exactly what's left over for Digitas.
