It is always busy in the restaurant it's because the food are very good and the environment are superb pleasing. What i've learned working in a chinese restaurant is to talk atleast basic words on there language (Mandarin). This establishment introduce me in this field (F&B). It also thought me how serve and assist guess needs. The management are very – more... strict when it comes to its SOP. My colleagues, most of them are from China and Malaysia, and what makes it hard to work in DTF is because of them, most of them do not know how to speak english, so at first, it is really hard for me to catch up. – less

I need to take care of the restaurant and provide a monthly report to summary how the restaurant performance.

Fast moving pace whereby queue could wait up to over 40 table of customer.

Teamwork heavily need to complete the task and to help each colleague to complete task on time.
