Born in 2006, dinaliC, a business consulting firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA is the global brain child of Dinali Jayanetti, a native of Sri Lanka, and Mark Gilbert, an American born and raised on the East coast of the United States.
Dinali, who specializes in the operational aspect of the company and is the driving force, was born, raised and educated in Sri Lanka and followed her education to India and ultimately the USA, earned a Master degree in computer science, and has over 15 years of SAP consulting experience in the information technology, pharmaceutical, consumer, and food industries both as a subject matter expert as well as a consultant with one of the Big Four consulting firms. Dinali's focus and attention to detail and exhaustive hours of passionate work to drive this organization to greater heights.
Mark earned a Bachelor degree in finance and with over 20 years' experience in the fields of finance, real estate, and marketing is the perfect complement to Dinali as his ability to navigate and work with the governmental, compliance and regulatory agencies. A fiscal conservative at heart he has led the company currently to follow a path of a self-financed merit based growth, that is to let the equity pay the way, a philosophy which Dinali embraces. Mark's communication skills and his ability to effectively work with anyone inside and outside of the organization has provided the organization a leader that proves to be a great example for the team.
In 2008, dinaliC incorporated Talent Acquisition and Outsourcing into their business model and was ready to go global. That same year, the India office was established and in 2010, the Sri Lanka office opened its doors for business. This global presence has allowed the company to build multicultural teams from around the world and ensure that these teams are well versed in intercultural communications.
Since its humble beginnings the company has not only experienced tremendous growth, it has elegantly bridged the culture gap between east and west, and successfully weaved the concept of giving back to the community into the fabric of its business model.
