We offer prototype product development, engineering, designing, tooling, CNC and manual machining with small and large volume production capability using a variety of materials. Parts are delivered under the three points triangular (on time, at cost and high quality). The company fabricates each part using a documented process flow with a 100% final inspection.
Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and computer numerical control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic / nonmetallic and composite parts.

Prepare CNC programs to make complex part using multi-axis machines (mills and lathes) for prototype or production parts.
Provide machining hour time study of complex parts and develop the best sequence of operations, collaborate on drawing review cycle APQP.
Suggest shop procedures and processes to increase manufacturing efficiency and quality control of machined components.
Studies blueprint, sketches, drawing, manuals, specification, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts.
Work with design engineering to fabricate machine tool fixture as required.
Purchase of machine cutting tools and equipment.
Verify manufacturing processes, including first piece inspection and SPC and make any adjustment necessary to maintain quality components.
Work with engineering to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action.
Participate on FMEA and MRB processes.
Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications
Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.
Confers with engineering to resolve machining problems.
Support lean activities with Engineering and the shop personnel.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
5-10 years experience as a CNC Machinist and mechanical aptitude.
At least 5 years experience Programming.
Experience with Fadal 3 & 4 Axis Vertical Machining Center, Yama Seiki CNC Lathes
3D programming & Modeling in Solidworks.
CNC programming experience with Mastercam.
Math Skills including familiarity with ratios, proportions, geometry, and trigonometry is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to use measuring instruments calipers, height gage, scales, and micrometers.
Read and understand internal procedures, policies and written instructions
Custom small order fabrication, also Multitasking and Work Well under pressure.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Technical / Trade School strongly preferred
