I enjoyed the variety of working in positions within different departments. The workers were informative and great to work under.

A typical day at work was answering the phones whether I was in the Religious Education, Communications or the Bishop's main offices. I made deposits based on incoming donations and payments made by the different organizations and churches. I sorted the mail for ten different departments and delivered as requested, most of the department secretaries picked the mail up. I also had special copy projects for seminars, like booklets or regular phamplets needed for the upcoming meetings. I greeted with professional courtesy to anyone entering the main office or departments and escorted people according to the person they were to meet. I organized files especially the one's pretaining to the financial papers, posting them to the proper accounts and then filing them in their proper envelope or file. I was always available in helping other departments when they had an overload of duties and there were other special needs in the main offices of the Bishop.
