The company struggles with trying to determine how and where they want to grow. Originally a government contracting company they have spent a lot of money trying to implement a CRM to make them more of a commercial provider. This has failed so far, and they have had to lay off good people. The strategy for hiring seems to hire inexperienced workers and let them go once they reach a point where they can make more money. It seems to be an endless cycle with only 4 people in management who are there permanently, one of them the owners son. Typical family owned company.
The benefits are below industry standard. No 401(k) is offered, and the health plan is merely adequate.
