Cons: no interaction with colleagues, numbers driven, long days, need vehicle in order to be promoted
There is very little training for those having a difficult time with the sales aspect of the job however, most of it must be learned on the job through experience. Initially it was a fantastic job with great bosses but through the high turnover rate (including upper level management), the stability is simply not there in the organization.
