Work would start at 7:30am and end about 9:00pm. From 8am to 10am would be interviews for new hire. Then we begin with Morning Atmosphere practicing our sales pitches and adjusting to any changes that have been made to the sales pitch offering/ incentives. Our morning meeting would ensue afterwards, getting store locations for the day and setting team and personal goals. The hardest part of the job was the work ethic being an over achiever no matter what you may be feeling personally, that cant effect you work ethic. The most enjoyable part was the positive nature of the business.
