Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming phone calls (50-75 per day) to provide technical support and customer service to our customers
- Process Warranty claims by phone and educate customer on product warranty.
- Solicit online warranty application for consumers.
- Some outbound calling when following up with customers.
- Provide live chat technical support to consumers.
- Teaches customer’s all features and functions of mobile apps for all Smartphones with said app.
- Non-exempt hourly position.
