supervisor (Former Employee) – Hollywood, FL – August 18, 2013
Very unstable work environment.Upper management does not care about it's employees, and abuses their authority. Very low pay. No benifits. No sick days. No vacation pay. No holiday pay. Extra heavy workload. DirtPro is a company I would never recommend to anyone.
A typical day consist of me managing a 12 person staff. Working with this company, I've learned the aspects of working for a contract company. My staff and I work as a team which is very important for me. The hardest part of my job is trying to make necessary changes when my hands are tied. The most enjoyable part of my job to me is knowing when my staff and I leave the elderly residents are happy with the jobs we performed for them.
