They say they will train you but really don't and expect you to know the system either way. If you ask questions they direct you to others that don't even know the answers. You are expected to falsely input data about race for their own statistics. Everyone is looking for other jobs. You will notice e-mails everyday about people leaving the company or being terminated. The gossip between supervisors is unreal!!!!!
It's having to to deal with the other employees after they start watching every move you make. The work itself is not hard because all you have to do is make yourself look busy since you will be falsely inputting information on the time sheet of what you did all day.
