Property Manager needed in Houston, TX . A Property Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of our community. We work hard in empowering our Property Managers to meet company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, outreach marketing, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, value management, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Candidates must have previous Property Management - MRI and LRO experience. Preferably a 2 or 4 year degree. Every candidate must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug test.
