Disney Cruise Line is a great company to work with. I started from bottom level and moved up to management level. As a seafarer, we are required to be flexible and get prepared for any changes in work place and living environment. Since I worked in several department I learned a lot of things such as daily operational, handling multiple tasks in multiple culture or diversity. When I become an assistant manager I even learned more things such as how to lead the team to achieve the company goal and at the same time I lead them to be successful. As we have our own culture, Disney Culture, it is easy for me to blend and work with everyone from 60 different nationalities around the world. The hardest part of my job is being a far away from family for long time but I manage to handle it with balancing between work and personal life.
