Temp Position for Distinctive Homes, Las Vegas, NV - August 30, 2016
When I first started I actually started as a temp. I mostly did data entry for the job costing of each individual house that was built. I also assited in filing. I eventually got promoted into ordering options for the homeowners. Then also doing payroll for all the office as well as the superintendants. I then still doing options/payroll I assited with the purchasing department for new developments. Management was very good at micromanagement and was not the friendliest of places to work. The co-workers were plesent to work with on a daily basis. The hardest thing at this job was management as they would not care if there was a problem with a job and it was not your fault but possibly the fault of one of your vendors. The most enjoyable thing about the job would be the ability to prove yourself and advance.
