Distribion is a leading provider of web-based software that allows marketing organizations to more efficiently manage the complex needs of distributed marketing through a single integrated platform. Corporate and local marketers, field sales and marketing partners can efficiently create, store, localize, manage and measure marketing communications across channels. Distribion's Distributed Marketing Platform (DMP) is deployed in over 150 companies globally representing over 150,000 users.
Distribion is currently seeking to fill a Marketing Management role that will head up marketing efforts within the finance and insurance verticals. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing and work closely with the sales and product management teams to help drive product and services revenue and build brand awareness with differentiated and engaging programs and messages.
1.) Generate qualified sales leads using a mix of marketing programs, activities and events
2.) Design programs to build brand and drive awareness
3.) Measure and monitor lead and sales funnel activity to refine marketing efforts.
4.) Work with internal/external resources to create content and assets necessary to drive interest
5.) Design, test and optimize campaign activities
6.) Manage the marketing calendar and budget
7.) Manage PR efforts (including writing blog posts and leveraging social media on a regular basis)
8.) Support sales and partner organization with appropriate sales and marketing programs
9.) Leverage Salesforce.com, Google Analytics and other tools to track the success of each program
1.) 2+ years experience in marketing related job in the technology sector
2.) Experience in SaaS space a plus
3.) Experience with a variety of marketing media
4.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
5.) Must have a demonstrated track record of successfully creating demand generation programs.
6.) Experience with B2B direct marketing, web-based demand generation, marketing automation systems and SFA/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics)
7.) Ability to collaborate and develop positive business relationships with all cross-functional areas within Distribion and with peers
8.) Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field preferred.
9.) HTML and Graphic design software experience a BIG plus
Compensation: Salary commensurate with knowledge and experience.
