I received an offer a month after graduating with my master's degree. I have a few years of education related work experiences so it wasn't really hard to get the job. This is job is okay for recent graduates but the work culture isn't set up for most to stay past two years. I hope to move up within the company but I can't say I would work here forever. The best part of my job is the work life balance and pay. If you're interested in supporting schools and teachers this is the place for you. The one thing I would change about my position is the ability to have more control over certain process to make my job easier rather than having to go through multiple rings of people before getting anything done.
