Bad Choice of Employment
Field Help Desk Coordinator (Former Employee), Tampa, FLJanuary 10, 2015
Cons: un-professional in every way imaginable
All managers are younger than the entire staff, management lacks professionalism, management lack communication, management under experienced, the managers are all old college roommates/friends, so they hire only each other to promote another one of their friends. The managers sit in each others offices all day and chit chat while assigning the staff to do all of their work. The managers will speak to the staff as if they are kids, and the office is a daycare, while everyone in the office walks on egg shells due to having no voice. Speak your mind and get terminated is more like how things work over there.

I'm from the Tampa office on Eisenhower Blvd. Best way to put is look the other way if you're looking for an actual career, because once hired you will be doing triple of your work including your managers, and supervisors, while getting paid a salary that feels like minimum wage for all the work, just to be terminated in a year. They promise you after 90 days you will get a raise, and nothing happens. Once you ask about your raise, good luck if your still employed with the company after 2 months, as they tend to terminate anyone whom asks questions about what was promised.

The company has no unity, the office is worse than a prison. The supervisors are all crooked correctional officers, sucking up to managers so they can one day become a warden to a prison with 20 wardens (managers).

Good luck, but you're better off passing on the fantasy that you will have a career, then facing the reality of you being at the unemployment office again in another year, and saving your time to work somewhere with more unity, and ways to grow in a successful company.

24/7 every day of the year
upper management (Former Employee), USNovember 13, 2014
There is no work life balance. You are expected to work 24/7 365 days of the year.

A a member of upper management it was all about enforcing managers to adhere to budgeted hours to complete the jobs, even when those budgeted hours were unrealistaclly low.

No support in geting teams to perform the annual strip and finish for the stores and no support in getting the proper equipment to do the job.

it is all about the P & L not the quality of the service.

Last resort
Customer care coordinator (Former Employee), Tampa, flSeptember 13, 2014
Pros: money wasn't that bad
Cons: poor relationships, horrible company representation.
Please only halfway consider this company if it is your absolute last resort. As a customer care coordinator, it was beyond horrible. Don't expect your boss to greet you, ask about your day, or even look at you. Do expect a plethora of repetitive emails asking you why things aren't getting done, mainly the onslaught of service complaints from all over the country that you're somehow expected to solve. The complaints are reflective of the company. If you need fast money, then sure. If you're looking for a positive job culture with qualified leaders, run the other way.

Custodian (Current Employee), Chesterfield, MIJanuary 13, 2014
Pros: easy, fun
Cons: too early
I come in clean, take a break and finish the job

Ive learned how to properly clean restrooms, break rooms etc.

Management is pretty lenient, make our job a lot easier

My co-workers are pretty quiet, but they complain quite often

Hardest part of the job is waking up so early

Most enjoyable part of the job is that I do what I want once I'm done with all my work.
