Cons: un-professional in every way imaginable
All managers are younger than the entire staff, management lacks professionalism, management lack communication, management under experienced, the managers are all old college roommates/friends, so they hire only each other to promote another one of their friends. The managers sit in each others offices all day and chit chat while assigning the staff to do all of their work. The managers will speak to the staff as if they are kids, and the office is a daycare, while everyone in the office walks on egg shells due to having no voice. Speak your mind and get terminated is more like how things work over there.
I'm from the Tampa office on Eisenhower Blvd. Best way to put is look the other way if you're looking for an actual career, because once hired you will be doing triple of your work including your managers, and supervisors, while getting paid a salary that feels like minimum wage for all the work, just to be terminated in a year. They promise you after 90 days you will get a raise, and nothing happens. Once you ask about your raise, good luck if your still employed with the company after 2 months, as they tend to terminate anyone whom asks questions about what was promised.
The company has no unity, the office is worse than a prison. The supervisors are all crooked correctional officers, sucking up to managers so they can one day become a warden to a prison with 20 wardens (managers).
Good luck, but you're better off passing on the fantasy that you will have a career, then facing the reality of you being at the unemployment office again in another year, and saving your time to work somewhere with more unity, and ways to grow in a successful company.
