This place was a mixed bag. Depending on your department, it could either be a great place to work or a daily slog.
Hourly employees were constantly pushed on their productivity with frequent reviews and threats of termination. Alternatively, salaried employees were often not held to any productivity standard and would regularly goof off, sometimes even playing World of Warcraft at their desks.
Salaried staff also enjoyed several perks like departmental activities and holiday parties which hourly earners were left out of.
There was a definite familial feel among most of the staff, but it made the clear divide more pronounced between salaried and hourly, expendable workers.
