Supportive Work Environment
SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (Current Employee), DC METRO AREAJuly 3, 2014
Pros: flexible scheduling, recognition, communication, support
Cons: long hours
I have to say that there is plenty of room for advancement. I've certainly grown a lot since I have joined the company. My colleagues are extremely supportive, and management always responds quickly to my communications. Whenever I've needed something, I've got it. I am also recognized for my accomplishments, which is something that I appreciate.

Hardest part of the job.
Quality Control Inspector (Former Employee), Bristol, INMay 19, 2014
Pros: our supervisor worked elbow to elbow with me on our side
Cons: two breaks, not running our pay on overtime.
I as well as four others would have to pull 12 days 7 day a week four different times due to defects that made thier way to owners in China more then once. This was very difficult as we had to unload three semis and go thru current stock and the plant had to shut that side of assembly down for two days.

Relaxed place to work with a nice atmosphere for coaching
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), San Angelo, TXMay 5, 2014
Like most call centers, you're on the phone 90%+ of the time. It's generally easy, though some days can be stressful. Your co-workers are friendly and management is willing to help you, whether it be with coaching or working with your schedule. They also pay for your higher education depending on the degree. I would recommend this company if you do – more... care about a nice benefits package or feel comfortable with lower pay. If they paid more, I would have stayed. – less

Good money with no base pay
Marketing Manager (Current Employee), Houston, TXMarch 12, 2012
Pros: company paid lunch
Cons: no gas allowance, chargebacks, no hourly pay
The job is a full commission job with. THe money was good but could not go out to work if weather was bad. Also if customer you contracted cancelled you were charged for it on your check. There was no base pay and it takes three weeks to get your commission from date of the setup with customer.
