stressful/no hand holding, yet potentially lucrative pay
Associate (Former Employee) –  New York, NYSeptember 25, 2017
while an highly respected multinational enterprise with offering a breadth of products, the compliance solutions are the bread and butter. As a director, one is responsibel for sales, and establishing relationships with C suite level executives in order to push for compliance contracts. The NY office has gone thorugh tremendiosu turnover, most especially in thesese challenging times for the industry, and there is a lot of bureaucracy and red tape. awhile the commission structure can be very lucractive, there is no hands holding, and you are responsible for creating your own leads and relationships. There is pressure to perform, however, you are rewarded for what you produce
Pros
comission, interface with C suite level hedefund execs, Cayman Island travel
Cons
upwards mobility, pressure

Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Detroit, MISeptember 7, 2017
DMS is a good place to work with lots of room to grow and advance. They have a great school assistance program where you can take up whatever you want in school and they provide on the job training.

Not a good place to work
Medical Appeals Specialist (Current Employee) –  Saddle River, NJJune 25, 2017
Communication is almost non-existent at this company. The expectations are unrealistic and there is no adequate training for the employees. One has to be super smart, self sufficient, creative and willing to work 15 hour plus days to be successful at this job. The stress level is through the roof because of the workflow.
Pros
Compensation is comparable
Cons
Extremely stressful and depressing atmosphere

Hectic work place with iffy hours
Technician (Current Employee) –  VirginiaMay 5, 2017
Was a good stepping stone to something more. Management was a mess, hours weren't solid even though it's a full time position. Plenty of stress. The only pro was learning what little I did, and meeting new people.

Depending on the day. I could be either working in the document prep area or in data entry. I liked to do both. Management and other employees were very friendly and willing to help each other.

nice pay but the workload is crazy
Payroll (Former Employee) –  Sacramento, CADecember 20, 2016
Nice pay but there is no work life balance and the faster you work the more work you will receive. They claim to promote growth from within, but that rarely happens, and when it does the majority of staff promoted end up quitting within six months of the promotion due to work overload. Staff start out warm and friendly until everyone is stressed out due to heavy workload. Management is too stressed to assist you so you are pretty much on your own.
Pros
pay
Cons
people rarely take lunches, not OT even though you will need to work many OT hours, management is not sincere or approachable

Sr ASP.Net Developer (Current Employee) –  Frederick, MDOctober 25, 2016
The manager has no mind of her own. She is a puppet of one Sr Developer. I would not recommend working here as a contractor. Permanent employees are treated with some respect unlike contractors.
Pros
No traffic
Cons
The work culture is not good. The manager is disconnected

Quality Mgr (Former Employee) –  Detroit, MIOctober 22, 2016
*A typical day was working on customer concerns and long Hours
*The things I take away from this job is being able to work and learn the different vehicles commodities and new launches, program manager great to work with.
*Being able to manage and oversee the commodities relating too exterior assemblies such as; headliner, Front Grills, Cooling Modules.*As for working with my Co-workers: some where supportive, some weren't. it was a typical work place.
*The hardest part was dealing with push backs when processes weren't being followed and support from upper management.
*My most enjoyable time is working with the uniqueness of Team Members and Shift Managers. Being able to disagree and work through our disagreements. Working toward a common goal as a team. To protect our customer.

Office Assistant (Former Employee) –  Greece, NYAugust 23, 2016
I would still work there if it wasn't for Mother Nature. With no rain the business took a downward slide. I answered phones, booked new clients, printed invoiced an mailed them out. Received payments and applied to the customer accounts. I did the banking, since most of the payments were checks. Sorted the mail.
Pros
Very relaxed atmosphere
Cons
Work was based on Mother Nature
