DN Tanks is committed to our goal for a work environment that is free of unsafe acts, behaviors, work practices, or conditions.
The DN Tanks Safety program is recognized in the construction industry and we receive consistent feedback from our employees and field hires. To us, OSHA requirements are the foundation for a solid safety program but we then apply our own additional protocols. These include step by step safety requirements and procedures applied to each of the 16 fundamental stages of tank construction. We hold weekly job safety meetings where we review the task list for the upcoming week and set the appropriate safety and quality expectations for each step of the process. The onsite DN superintendent maintains a Master Quality Control Manual for each project, which includes a safety checklist and quality procedures. Each individual, from the superintendent to the foreman, to the craftsman and any subcontractors must initial construction tasks as they are completed, confirming that it meets set requirements and standards.
DN Tanks provides all necessary safety gear and equipment and construction site supervisors demand that everyone who enters the job site use it. Our Safety Incentive Program recognizes and rewards compliance with our safety procedures and acknowledges those whose diligence and awareness help us achieve our safety goals. – less–ZoomInfo
