Productive company very busy workers.

Mail distribution, Invoice 3 way matching. Retrieve print expense report and enter in data with codes. Reconciliation of vendor phone bills. Retrieve airline reports weekly. Scanned receipts and filled issued data reports into binders and file cabinets. Including AP yearly history storage .
Supported Traffic department with heavy filling and verifying reports half the day.
Supported HR with lite filling.
All management and all Co-workers great persona. Enjoyable people.
Enjoyable part of day: Group lunch daily and laughs.
No hard part to this job.

quarterly lunches hardwork provided to the ap dept. incuding fun summer & holiday activities.

Equipment installation and assembly project lead
Project Support Engineer (Former Employee) –  Entire USAugust 2, 2012
Led team in assembly and installaton of semiconductor capital equipment and assigned personnel as needed. Performed initial inspection of equipment upon arrival for damage. Installed and trained robots, adjusted baths and assembled necessary chemical lines, hepa filters and equipment modules and needed. Submitted daily reports on status of install, labor hours and any issues encountered. Worked with host facilities personnel to ensure support lines, chemical and power connections were done on schedule.
