Unprofessional is a compliment
CT technologist (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXNovember 12, 2015
Radiology Department which ever modality you choose. The most unprofessional hospital in Texas. No one helps you. No one wants to work. The pay is the worse but that's not even a downside. People don't know how to treat each other that work together....how can they treat a patient with any respect. Gossip and back stabbing and your treated like your an idiot. Besides that...nothing. Don't even consider it. Unless of course Baylor buys it and changes its philosophy and gets rid of the Radiology department that now tries to exist.

There are much better opportunities than this place, it's not the end of line, but you sure can see it from here. They do have a few great people, but overall I think it's one of the most unprofessional and incompetent places I've worked at. You have people that don't do their job that still have their job and people that tell you how to do you job that don't have a clue what it takes to do said job. Most people that work there are lazy. I should only give them 1star, but I'm in a good and generous mood.
Pros
It's close to White Rock Lake
Cons
bad management, lots of unprofessionalism
