Fast paced office
Receptionist (Former Employee), HyattsvilleDecember 1, 2014
Definitely fast paced never a dull moment. Typical day consisted of coming into the office I'd clean the office vacuum, make sure rooms were stocked, pull charts of patients on the schedule for the day, verify insurances, collect copays, get patients weight and urine samples, place them into the room, schedule them for their next appointment once they were finished. All while answering the phone line as well. My coworkers were nice and friendly. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the pregnant patients. I loved being there for them through their pregnancy! Listening to the baby watching them grow and finally when they'd come in for their post partum check up and I could see the baby! I felt like they were all my babies too!

Some days were a little more difficult than others but over all a great place to work. My coworkers were excellent teachers. I have learned so much from them.
