We are a boutique (48) bed Assisted Living community with Memory Care and we are looking for a dynamic, resident centered, passionate Resident Services director to lead our caring team. We operate at 98-100% occupancy and take pride in our business of care for the aged and frail. We are a top notched team who desires a Resident Services director who leads by example, is able to motivate our team, is consistent, who delivers care to our residnts as if they were your own parents and has excellent documentation skills. You will lead a team of dedicated and compassionate caregivers. The best skill that we are looking for is the ability to adhere to details and follow up, so because of this we are only interested in candidates who have had recent verifiable experience as a Director in an Assisted Living environment. You will need to have a working knowledge of the Georgia Department of Community Health regulations. Some of your responsibilities will be: 24 Hour on Call to consult in case of emergency; 8:30am to 5:30pm with one hour lunch; Scheduling CNAs - may have to cover shift if we fall outside the state minimum staffing requirements; Coordinating healthcare services for residents; * Medication program oversight; * Assessment and care plan development and implementation; * Documenting COC, new admissions, discharges, follow-up; Training and in-services based on DCH and identified needs of facility; Motivating the team and employee appreciation; * Compassionate communication with families and residents; * LPN or RN; ****Multi tasking, with focus and detail and able to carry out the task to completion; **Calm, yet vibrant demeanor - "can do" heart and spirit.
