A typical day at Applebee's involves managing bar guests while also making all the drinks for the tables throughout the restaurant. I have learned to maintain efficiency and professionalism throughout a busy shift. The management and my other coworkers are helpful and productive. The hardest part of the job is learning all the strict recipes and policies that need to be followed in a corporate environment. The most enjoyable part of my job is serving the regular clientele that have been coming into the restaurant for years.
