Decent pay but no overtime pay

Pros: good pay, nice employees
Cons: no overtime pay, little holiday pay, a lot of hours
The work environment is very dirty but the pay is good enough. The schedule includes at least 10 hours of overtime but there is no overtime pay. All straight pay.
