Dominion Management Group was my very first job. It was actually my mom and my best friends mom's business. However, they could not do all the administrative work due to their hectic schedules so they paid us to do it. I got paid 8.50/hour plus commission and I started this when I was 12, so that was a lot of money to me. I learned how to fax papers, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, billing and collections, print out documents, type up documents, and you name any other administrative work we did it. We also did open houses with them as well (real estate). There was no difficulty with this job it was VERY easy. The most enjoyable part of the job was computer work and learning people skills because I used to be shy and that helped me a lot once I got hired at Taco bell. Overall it was a nice experience. I also became familiar with Microsoft word.
