Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Dominion?

Unbelieveable they- hire managers to manage that can't selland they are tasked to manage other sales managers and sales teams. Waaaaay over their head. Great products and services but their field sales management is weak.

It states in the employee handbook that if they let you go they will pay you the commissions for which you earned. They did not pay me my commissions. I consider this action very dishonorable and untrust worthy, especially if they are willing to state in their own employee handbook that they do this. Trust is an important relationship between employer and employee and they are more concerned with how much they trust you they how much you trust them. This company is a major risk.

Dominion Enterprises is too cutthroat for its own good. The pay is low and they are not very professional. They have a hugh turnover and even if you know you are an excellent employee there is still a chance you could be fired because management doesn't know a good employee from a bad one. They go through one employee every 2 months. This would not be so bad but they have an office of 5. They also may give you the ringer for interviews but I think they are begging for employees.
