From the time I punch in I start working. I start with all or any side work that is not completed then start on the dinning room detail to ensure that I and my coworkers are set up for success. We then head to a area for line up where we here about certain needs for groups in house, specials given by the front and back of the house .Learning as much as possible to keep up with standards of the hotel. I have some coworkers that are fun which makes for a good working environment. One of the hardest part of the job would be not having the right answer for the question. And one of the most enjoyable parts of the job would be meeting people from all over the world.
