1.Enter tenant/contractor Certificates of Insurance for assigned accounts.
2.Retrieve all necessary information from client database as appropriate.
3.Review lease language and enter into system.
4.Review and understand Certificates of Insurance, including limits and additional insured requirements.
5.Follow procedural guidelines as outlined by Department Supervisor, client, account manager, or Department Manager.
6.Enter tenant data into system to complete monitoring process.
7.Prepare reports as scheduled by client, Department Supervisor and Department Manager.
8.Handle client and tenant telephone, mail and email requests for information.
9.Prepare all written correspondence using computer system.
10.Work towards obtaining blanket certificates from large tenants as assigned.
11.Complete deficiency letter issuance to tenants.
12.Must follow and be in compliance with all procedures listed in the Professional Standards Guidelines that pertain to the position.
13.All other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma and Property & Casualty license
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills essential with ability to follow direction and conform to unit and Department
Supervisor and Manager procedures
Must be willing to work in and promote a “team concept” environment
Must be able to handle multiple tasks under pressure in short period
Must be able to integrate computer system into daily workflow
Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
Strong data entry skills
Ability to take charge, work independently, and guide others
Obtain P&C license after six months of employment
