Great Training Program, The Communication and expectations for the low pay not realistic. Please the employees you will get excellent client support
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Atlanta, GAJune 2, 2014
Pros: the training program. the chapel for employees
Cons: the pay hours changed everyday not consistent, and then some days you could be sent home after working 2 hrs. one breakroom, workstation had to be shared .
The company had an excellent training program, but once you arrived on the call center floor there was not any clear direction you had to many bosses ie.. you had an ambasssadors, teamleaders,QA'S and Supervisors and they did not always give the same feedback when monitoring your incoming calls. The office conditions were not favorable for employees – more... only one break room for a 24hr operation, And the there was The hours were not consistent, they would change everyday thus making it hard to plan dr's appointment etc. – less

Call Center Representative (Former Employee), Atlanta, GAApril 11, 2014
Pros: selling more products to customers
Cons: sitting for 8 hour shifts. and not making a single sale
Answer calls for customer purchases and complaints, all while providing a satisfaction for customer daily. every co worker worked separately to up- sale on products provided by company. the most hardest part of the job was dealing with very irate customers who didn't like products. the most enjoying part of the job, was making clients satisfied with – more... purchases and up sales made. management was great!! – less

The best company to work for during the 4th quarter
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Atlanta, GADecember 6, 2013
Pros: 4th quarter pay
Cons: schedule maker looks like sling blade and is rude
You will make so much money during this time because theyre always jammed packed with extra hours... plus they give seasonal promotions at this time which brings more cash... wages are good the other 3 quarters but 4th Quarter is what separates the go getters from the slackers here

Learned alot about customer service
Customer Service Representative/ Sales (Former Employee), Atlanta, GASeptember 12, 2013
Overcame objections by building outstanding rapport with gatekeepers/assistants & secretary to speak with mangers/ business owners or decision makers.

Generated sales leads through cold calling/and research from online partners such as Google/Bling/Yellow Pages. Etc.

Average 150-200 outbound-sales calls daily to potential customers.

Build huge value – more... in the benefit and functionality of our service while speaking with key decision makers.

Mostly one call close. – less

Pros: great management team
Cons: suspended breaks and low pay
Its a wonderful work place and the management team is very understanding. My co workers are helpful and very friendly. The hardest part of the job is working through language barriers. The most enjoyable part for me is when I am able to help someone and they are extremely grateful!

Technically Outstanding, but Abysmal work conditions and toxic work environment
Support Specialist (Former Employee), Atlanta, GAApril 4, 2013
Certainly Donnelly provides their clients with tremendous value for the price point, but unless one is considering an upper management position, I can only describe the work environment as unacceptable.

Physical conditions are deplorable, with holes in the wall, rodents and insects roaming free, not enough physical resources to perform assigned work – more... (seats, headsets, functioning workstations, etc, etc, etc).

Will do as a stop-gap or for a student, but not advisable as a long-term solution. – less

No Growth, No Future, But Stable AT One Level
Brand Ambassador (Current Employee), Atlanta, GAFebruary 10, 2013
Pros: free bottled water and sometimes attendance incentives
Cons: attendance incentives are a must, because the schedules are very strenuous
Donnelly Communications provide stability if you have no ambition to grow. The benefits are expensive and the work hours are strenuous and very unstable. The schedule changes daily, therefore, the life/work balance is very unbalanced. As said previously, if you do not have growth ambitions...this is the place for you.

Get in and get out! Take the $9 an hour and LOOK ALL DAY for a job. This place is crazy. Roaches galore in the break room where you are allowed 30 minutes for lunch. Typical day: you come in, cant find a seat for 20 minutes, then can not find a headset for 15 minutes, and THEN you're late. You may give your availability as 10am to 10 pm, and weekly you will be scheduled until 2 or 3 am ANYWAY-- its so sad, people SLEEP on the sofas in the lobby because they get off so late and the Marta has stopped operating for the day. There is parking and you are charged for that as well. Ofter they post "extra hours", and you can sign up and work them......then you will be fighting for your money from them. . Cant do it the hours til 3 am? They let you go. Management looks AND acts like the looney tune gang. Its insulting to have someone with NO professionalism, manners, or education tell you what to do and how to do it. Worst dim, dirty, dusty call center ever.
