good work environment, a lot of work to be a bank at the forefront in terms of processes, different challenges, structure and security
Post - Closing Supervisor (Current Employee), San Juan, PR – March 23, 2013
good work environment, a lot of work to be a bank at the forefront in terms of processes, different challenges, structure, security and constant training of personnel for the proper performance

A typical day of work: Im in charge of 23 employees who perform different tasks within the unit post closing, I have to promote a positive work environment – more... and make sure that they have all the necessary tools every day so they can performs the process correctly. Attend several meetings daily and make sure I carry out management instructions and vice President.
What I learned about management is that I act as a coach first than an experts because each day I learn something new about regulations and investor guidelines.
My co-workers respect the kind of person I am I try to act as if I'm reasoning through the problem with the person, learning as I go. I never just give an answer. I want employees to develop confidence in creating answers for themselves.
I try to encourage my employees to help find the solution. I like being able to lead my team, but I want to know that they are working to help solve problems as well. I like to think that by involving my staff in questions and problems that arise in the department, I am teaching them how to be effective leaders.

The hardest part of the job:
the part most strong from my work achieve problematic employees to understand the importance of the activity they have in charge, that these employees are not receptive to the changes...so far I have achieved this goal

The most enjoyable part of my job:
Achieve”strong” or satisfactory ranking results in audits – less

Ajustador Interno Centro De LLamadas (Former Employee), san juan puerto rico – February 18, 2013
a typical day at work are the 15th and 30th of each month for each call received complaints from customers who can not make their mortgage payments when appropriate because they have to meet other debts.I 've learned from my work experience is to listen and understand our customers in order to help them. I managed to handle situations without pressure – more... and stress. Maintaining a positive attitude, be very willing to work hard. In this way I managed to solve problems, and with the belief that the customer is the most important. Both my colleagues and I were focused on achieving results, our priority was to meet the business needs with dynamic and efficient and we are always ready to work on new challenges, I prefer to work in team goals are met quickly and effectively. The hardest part in the work is to comply with all requirements of all customers. The most enjoyable part of my job is that every day is offered new alternatives to help customers in their difficult situations. – less

Doral Bank
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), San Juan, PR – October 19, 2012
Pros: great bank
Cons: schedule and changing manager
Good bank, customer serviceds oriented. As an employee you needed to show your skills. Your weekly schedule depends on your "numbers and statistic". The manager will change every few years, and the supervisors every year. I loved working with customers, that was the best part of my job.

Day work
Senior System Analyst (Current Employee), San Juan, PR – May 24, 2012
Pros: good boss
Cons: good evaluation poor performance bonus
In the current work mostly always want the changes for now. It is a popular thing. Management they don't seem to have banking experience. The best part is the co-workers, without them, there will not exists a tipical day at Doral. The hardest part is that there are no sufficient resources to do all the extreme load of work we have.
