Pros: the culture and the love i had for the owner and his family.
Cons: not following policies and procedure for termination, allowing no follow ups with the termination process of a 16 year employee.
A typical day at work for me at DOTS would be scheduling, banking, sales review, merchandising, mark-downs, and costumer servicing. While being at DOTS i've learned how to be a team player, a great leader, multi tasker, how to be a successful recruiter and trainer. At DOTS there was not enough support from upper management.
