Started out as a great place to work, the environment was constantly changing because of different managers. Co-workers were decent most of the time, could get a little (lot) back-stabby when tips got involved.
As for the job itself, and all of its duties, honestly the company could stand to pay a lot more. Starts out at 8.50, should be 10.00 though. Duties include keeping the store clean, operating the cash register for sales, cooking food as needed or requested by customers, serving and/or making alcoholic drinks, basic troubleshooting and repair of slot machines is a must (experience is a bonus here!), plus a slew of other things that pop up from day-to-day.
The tips can be nice, depends on the person and the day.
