Service manager has no positive reinforcement. Service manager sits behind a desk all day watching videos and listening to music until something bad happens. At that point he will storm out of the office to scold, berate, and curse at employees despite his lack of information on the situation. ABSOLUTELY no work life balance and poor pay. At hire employees are informed of the work schedule which includes 1 day off. Upon returning from the day away from work the service manager will guilt trip employees and argue that your services are needed there and you can't take days off unless they are approved prior. With that said, employees find themselves working a six day work week on a regular basis. The service manager attempts to take advantage of employees at every opportunity and manipulate the pay including free labor (no pay for jobs for one reason or another far too often). When employees refuse to do the "free work", the shop foreman will step in and volunteer the employee to come in on his day off to complete the free work. Equipment is continuously falling apart, despite informing management, because the owner and service manager refuses to pay the proper companies to maintain the equipment. Instead, the owners best friend "repairs" and "maintains" the equipment. The owner continuously buys old cars and stores them in his warehouses but refuses to upgrade anything in the facility. During inclement weather the roof leaks throughout the shop, and at times the interior of the roof falls to the floor. Furthermore, the rain water leaks on electrical panels including circuit breakers. This review could go on and on... this is just a general idea.
