Douglas Gardens has an immediate opening for a Tenant Support Staff. This position is responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the Mayfair Hotel Residence in Miami Beach. Primary responsibilities include assisting residents with housing related needs, providing staff support to the Tenant Council and assisting in maintaining a safe and drug-free environment.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

A high school diploma.
Ability to report minor plumbing, construction and general maintenance and repair needs.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage stressful situations.
Bilingual preferred.
