This position provides administrative and accounting support, along with general office function which includes greeting visitors and answering incoming calls. There may be other related work as required to insure the successful day-to-day operations of the department.

Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Engineering staffs, including typing, filing, opening and sorting mail
Receive, code and input accounts payable and accounts receivable information in the building accounting software
Receive tenant work orders, maintain building work order system and provide general work order reports
Greet incoming visitors and ensure their needs are addressed and directed to the appropriate person
Answer all incoming calls, set up conference calls, and schedule conference rooms
Type correspondence, agendas, reports, and spreadsheets
Prepare expense reports and other invoice processing
Create and maintain files for department
Order office supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
