There are process in place but they're not enforced
The payment system is very robust so you're always learning
The people are the most enjoyable part of the job
The culture is friendly, people generally work as a team, however with the company tracking every hour people became more reluctant to help one another if they didn't have a code to book it to. The environment is an open floor plan which I think can be very distracting at times. People are not held accountable for their responsibilities.
The learning curve can be challenging and the client, global location, clearings, and compliance changes are always providing the ability to learn more
