Patient Admitting Specialist (Former Employee) – Downey, CA 90241 – August 16, 2017
DRMC is now known as PIH Healthcare and they are a good company to work for. Good pay and benefits if you put in your time. Some of the managers are not the nicest and let their power get to their head but overall pretty good.
Patient Registration Supervisor (Former Employee) – Downey, CA – May 11, 2016
PIH is a fast growing environment that is trying to survive and make a hospital successful. This is their main focus. They have framework for patient's and customers first, but they are still implementing and developing it. They have no loyalties to anyone and their employee/management turnover is hardcore. HR runs like a union driven HR due to their fear that the union will come in. It's extremely political.

The company was going through a rough time during my stent as a respiratory therapist there; management and policy changes, bankruptcy and others. We as employees tried to keep our moral up through solidarity.
