Working at the Downtowner was rewarding, both monetarily and it the opportunity to utilize my extroverted personality (there can be no shyness in the service industry). While working at the Downtowner I gained a ton of food knowledge, bartending skills, and I honed my customer service skills to the max. The results of my efforts wre a base of customers who always asked for my section, many positive reviews on various websites, the opportunity to be the face of the restaurant on the UTube promotion, and the formation of close friendships with my co-workers. It was always a fast=paced, sometimes difficult environment both of which necessitated stamina and positivity.
