A typical day at work was doing title research and title reviewing.
Hardest part of the job was doing title research work in the court house, very small work area with several people doing titles.
The management was unsettled in the office and home office, made to many changes. The co-workers doing titles were hard workers, but were very slow in turning in their title work.
The enjoyable part of my job was straightening out title problems.
What I learned is that you can't run a title operation out of a motel conference room, you need an office.
