Administrative Assistance (Former Employee) – Manassas, VA – November 11, 2013
My position was highly stressful contract position at a military medical facility, but the company(contractor), management and command were very caring and understanding. The entire team was very supportive. A typical day was one of very high call volume and problem solving non-stop. Face to face contact with patients sometimes was both rewarding and stressful. I worked with a great team even though the turn over rate was high due to the high stress and requirements. The most enjoyable part of the job was the work location, a military medical clinic, and the family like relationship among the staff.
Work hours, compensation, no micro-managing from contractor and constant flow of work, face to face contact with patients.
High turnover, call volume demand, shortage of staffing and work space
Marketing Specialist for the Americas (Current Employee) – Camarillo, CA – January 8, 2017
I enjoy working for DP. I work from home, so I don't know much about the office culture, but that fact that they let me telecommute should tell you something. The benefits are great, pay is pretty good. I wish there were more potential for promotion, but all in all, it's a great place to work.
